Consolidation

Today marks a major overhaul of this site: I have consolidated all three branches (Things I Think I Know, the Extended Verification Methods, and the Exegeses) into a single framework under the Exegeses URL.  The other two sites are now accessible only as part of this one (TITIK, and EVM); when accessed through their original URL’s, a “go fish” message is now displayed.  They will soon be deleted in their entirety.

The consolidation makes it much easier to manage the material as an integrated package, taking up less processing power on the server and less space on disc.  The consolidated site now contains over 500 pages, although the vast majority of them are very short (I believe in concentrated focus wherever possible).

If the Gentle Reader (that’s you) has made it this far, they will have also noticed that the base URL no longer takes them to the blog.  It now addresses the introduction page for the Exegeses, which I have substantially re-written.  Pages in general now contain areas along the side and/or bottom of the page that contain various flavors of entry point into the site.

In addition to consolidation and reorganization, I have also written a foundation for the topic of “requirements“.  It is much shorter than might have been expected.  The reason for that should, however, become clear on the first read.

More to come.
