I’m not big on the concept of a blog. Some people seem to think that the world hangs on their every word and deed, so they need to announce them. As far as I know, I’m not one of those people.
Don’t even ask my opinion of twitter. Anything with “twit” appearing to be the word root completely explains itself, as far as I’m concerned1
On the other hand, this particular site cannot be “released” in whole form and, after just a little bit of work so far, it is becoming obvious that I shouldn’t even try to release it in chunks that I would consider “thorough”…I’d be trying to finish 20 or 30 pages at a time, with “releases” coming only once or twice in a blue moon.
So, let’s see if I can make this work by doing the bloggy thing to “announce” newly completed subjects. One of these days, I might figure out a canonical organization strategy.
Or, not.
The Motivation and Bias Mitigation pages have been available for some time. As of today, the first 3/4 of the core pages for the CI Development Cycle are close enough to done that I’m willing to risk review by casual passers-by. The last piece is held for completion of topical…topics. The CI Development sequence is referenced from the Major Decision Points discussion, which has also been accessible for a while. The Topical Analysis page is also available…possibly even ready, but I never really know for sure.
Although the links are live, the Topical Parameterization page is not yet complete. I keep getting distracted by the (almost overwhelming!) need to finish my Jointer’s bench. I’ve gotten stuck on the dual custom-designed tail vises. I think I see how to make them work, but I’ve thought that before.
I’d finish the bench, but I get distracted by days good enough to go for a bike ride.
I’d ride more, but I get distracted by my buddy.

I’d play with the dog more, but there’s this web site…
More to come.
